- I respond to and manage guest repair requests while effectively communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision. - I perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, and visually inspect them regularly. - I manage maintenance inventory and order parts and supplies as necessary, ensuring smooth communication of daily activities and issues to other shifts. - I demonstrate proficiency in areas such as air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building management while providing assistance on various engineering-related duties like basic repairs, plumbing tasks, and light installations. - I adhere strictly to safety and security policies, ensuring a clean and professional appearance, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. - I welcome and assist all guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain positive working relationships with team members. - I am responsible for moving and lifting objects, performing physical tasks such as climbing stairs or using ladders, and utilizing computers for work-related information. - I am open to fulfilling other reasonable job duties as requested.
