Engineering Associate

I will respond to and attend to guest repair requests, ensuring effective communication to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision. My duties include performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, visually inspecting machinery, and identifying and operating all shut-off valves for various equipment and buildings. I will maintain the maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as necessary, and communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts. In addition, I will display proficiency in categories such as air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry, among others. I am expected to safely utilize hand and power tools required for repair and maintenance tasks, as well as troubleshoot problems on equipment. I will assist with general housekeeping and engineering-related duties and participate in surface preparation and painting tasks, as well as minor repair work. I will also adhere to all company safety and security policies and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring guest satisfaction.
