Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- No supervisory experience necessary
- No specific licenses or certifications required
Responsibilities
- Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly
- Resolve minor plumbing issues including unclogging drains and fixing leaks
- Perform a variety of minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats and changing light bulbs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
- Maintain daily logs for operation, maintenance, and safety activities
- Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues as needed
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or incidents as required
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Acknowledge and welcome all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and respond to guestsโ service needs effectively
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Complete additional duties as assigned by Supervisors
