Requirements
Must:

- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests
- Resolve minor plumbing issues, such as unclogging drains and fixing leaky faucets
- Conduct various minor repairs, including tightening toilet seats and changing light bulbs
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
- Keep daily logs of operations, maintenance activities, and safety issues
- Communicate effectively with guests to address maintenance concerns
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance problems or safety hazards
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and address their concerns appropriately
- Meet quality expectations and standards in all tasks
- Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Navigate stairs, service ramps, and ladders safely
- Follow through with other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors
