Responsibilities
In this role, I will respond to and address guest repair requests efficiently. This includes handling minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaks in taps and faucets. I will also carry out miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Its essential for me to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, document daily operations, maintenance activities, and safety measures.
I must adhere to all company safety and security policies, report any maintenance problems or safety hazards, and complete necessary safety training. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance is crucial, as is protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality. I will welcome all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Clear and professional communication, developing positive relationships with colleagues, and addressing their concerns will be part of my day-to-day activities. I should also ensure that I meet quality expectations and standards while managing physical tasks, including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs or ladders. Lastly, I will carry out any reasonable job duties as requested by my supervisors.
