Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Valid licensing or certification is not necessary
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests
- Address minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and fixing leaks
- Conduct miscellaneous repairs like tightening toilet seats and changing light bulbs
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and lubrication
- Maintain daily logs of maintenance, operation, and safety activities
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding maintenance issues
- Adhere to company safety and security protocols
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and complete safety training
- Ensure a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information
- Greet and assist all guests while anticipating their needs
- Establish positive working relationships with colleagues
- Follow quality standards and expectations
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and manipulating objects up to 50 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders as needed
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
