Club Engineer

In this role, I will be attending to guest repair requests and addressing minor plumbing issues, which include unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaking faucets. I will also be responsible for other small repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment will be part of my routine, including cleaning and lubrication. I will maintain daily logs for operations, maintenance, and safety activities while communicating effectively with guests when maintenance issues arise. Additionally, I will adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, while completing required safety training and certifications. I will ensure my appearance is clean and professional, uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. I will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. I will communicate in clear, professional language and foster positive working relationships with colleagues, responding to their concerns appropriately. I will maintain high quality expectations and standards, navigate physical demands such as bending, twisting, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This includes moving up and down stairs and using service ramps or ladders. Lastly, I will complete any other reasonable tasks as directed by Supervisors.
