Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair walls, partitions, and finishes including drywall and laminates
- Perform rough-in framing for doors, windows, and cabinetry
- Maintain and repair wooden structures such as furniture and partitions across the property
- Execute minor repairs such as tightening fixtures and patching wall holes
- Order supplies and manage inventory through requisitions and vendor interactions
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials
- Adhere to company safety protocols and report hazards or maintenance issues
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards in guest interactions
- Assist guests with service needs and foster positive relationships
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
