Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach
- Strong Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of Agile methodologies, service-oriented environments, and iterative development
- At least 5 years of experience in the entire IT development lifecycle
- CSM/SAFe certification or equivalent is preferred
- Proven success in managing large and complex consulting projects
- Adaptable in working with teams, individuals, and executives, and ready to assist with diverse work products and people
- Capable of establishing quick credibility with stakeholders, fostering consensus, and driving results through influence
- Proficient in public speaking and leading large, multi-day ceremonies
- Skilled at devising creative solutions, documenting them, and effectively presenting them to senior management
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Very strong analytical skills to evaluate team contributions in terms of velocity, capacity, and value
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, motivate team members, and drive productivity in a team setting
Responsibilities
- Guide team contributors through all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, demonstrations, and reviews
- Encourage the team to continually improve by facilitating frequent Retrospectives to enhance backlog management and sprint reviews
- Lead project initiatives
- Act as the primary escalation point for the team to resolve issues
- Oversee Agile tools and dashboards to monitor progress of stories, defect resolution, and commitments while managing Program Increments, projects, and policies
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders, development teams, and hosting providers
- Coordinate efforts to ensure features and projects are on track and within budget
- Establish standards and procedures for sprint, feature, and project reporting and documentation
- Keep relevant team members informed about the status of features or projects, as well as any related challenges or impediments, escalating when necessary
