Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance environments preferred
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
- Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of painting and wallpapering
- Certification in pool operation is a plus
- Must meet minimum age requirements set by jurisdiction
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid drivers license is preferred
- Background in preventive maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English fluently
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems within the hotel
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the highest quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hotel systems and facilities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences
