Engineer - Overnight

- Address and resolve guest repair requests promptly - Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring proper cleanliness and lubrication - Inspect tools, equipment, and machines visually - Identify and operate shut-off valves and manage inventory of maintenance supplies - Effectively communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts - Demonstrate proficiency in various maintenance areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work - Troubleshoot and execute repairs on different types of equipment and plumbing systems - Perform minor repairs on drywall and wood trim, and assist with painting tasks - Utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures before maintenance work - Support the training and mentoring of junior engineers - Carry out Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including rounds and equipment readings - Comply with company safety and security policies and report hazards or maintenance issues - Provide exemplary guest services, honoring company standards in hospitality - Maintain a clean and professional appearance, respecting confidentiality and company assets - Engage with team members positively, supporting collective goals and addressing concerns appropriately - Handle physical tasks including lifting, moving, and using stairs or ladders as necessary - Computerize work-related information and fulfill other reasonable job duties as assigned
