Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the job position or in a software engineering-related role
- Proven experience in leading a team of software engineers focused on developing and managing scalable authentication services
- Ability to define the vision and strategic direction for the identity platform in alignment with company objectives
- Experience in driving the creation and implementation of advanced authentication solutions using OAuth, SAML, and other industry-standard protocols
- Competent in balancing service reliability targets with feature development needs while adhering to compliance standards
- Responsible for overseeing incident response processes and automating monitoring and security operations
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers dedicated to developing, managing, and ensuring the scalability of authentication services
