Requirements

Must:
### - A degree and/or certification in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or Computer Science. - 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with customer service. - Dependable and adaptable to frequent changes in direction. - Strong customer service orientation, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Keen to learn and keep updated on the latest technologies. - General technical knowledge and experience in support. - Effective problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills for Windows, MAC OS, and smartphones. - Familiarity with MS Office Suite, printer setup, and hardware installation. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management. - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage workload. ###

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for Level I Support, promptly addressing service and problem requests assigned to the Help Desk support queue. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other PC-based devices. - Collect essential details for ticket resolution and escalate to Level II support when necessary. - Create and manage user accounts, including onboarding new users and overseeing system privileges. - Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as changing backup tapes and updating software. - Assist in software quality assurance, testing, and the rollout of new software. - Contribute to small project tasks, gathering information and facilitating interdepartmental communication. ###

We are seeking an IT Support I/Helpdesk professional to join our Corporate office located in Imperial, PA. This role involves providing first-level IT support across multiple locations in PA, OH, VA, and FL. You will be part of an on-site IT team dedicated to assisting with initial IT support (Hybrid - following the training period).
