Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in PHP development, IT support, and database management.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL/MS SQL Server, or extensive database experience.
- Proficient in diagnosing hardware, software, and database issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages and technologies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to office personnel (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals).
- Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and access rights.
- Oversee and troubleshoot network and internet connections.
- Maintain on-premises and/or cloud servers, focusing on performance, security, and backup protocols.
- Create and preserve documentation for IT processes, applications, and databases.
- Manage and support databases, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing PHP applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug legacy PHP code.
- Implement updates and minor feature enhancements.
- Optimize the performance and reliability of our internal systems.
