Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Preferred experience with electrical or mechanical products
- Excellent analytical, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical troubleshooting in an easily understandable manner
- Proven capability to work independently
- Service-oriented mindset with a knack for resolving customer issues
- Must possess firearms and reloading experience
Technologies
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and product information
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting technical product issues
- Guide customers through machine setup, part replacements, and general maintenance
- Process orders for replacement parts and services, both within and outside of warranty
- Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for products requiring repair
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to qualified specialists when necessary
- Maintain customer-facing documentation, including website content, forums, and user manuals
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Keep accurate customer account records detailing interactions, inquiries, and complaints
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance product reliability and serviceability based on customer feedback
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned
