Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant IT experience; at least two (2) years in architecture roles
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices across various modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Service Management preferred
- Experience collaborating with agile teams and understanding agile principles is a plus

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overarching solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business projects
- Act as an architectural consultant during cross-functional delivery to ensure cohesive, value-driven designs with stakeholders
- Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable, aligning with business strategies while promoting data integrity
- Mentor teams on architecture best practices within Business, Application, Technology, Information, and Security domains
- Address complex integration challenges across multiple systems
- Design effective interfaces to promote data reuse for reporting and integrations
- Represent the solution architecture in strategy discussions, collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams to prioritize projects
- Align business requirements with technical solutions to address core business problems
