Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a qualified candidate with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. You should have a minimum of four years of relevant work experience, though seven or more years is preferable. Experience in health and safety systems management, such as DriveCam and Intelex, is highly desired. Prior management system and/or auditing experience is also preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, your key responsibilities will include overseeing collaborative and self-audit programs, which involves developing audit plans, creating protocols, training auditors, and reporting results to management. You will work with the environmental safety and security compliance team to ensure accurate data access and reporting related to DOT compliance. Supporting the DriveCam program will be a crucial part of the role, including managing user roles and data reporting, while also coordinating with various department leaders. You will own the recommendations process and conduct incident management alongside the T&R Incident Coordinator. Additionally, you will collaborate with the KMPI group to manage our Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) activities and facilitate strategic goal development with Health & Safety managers. You will also be responsible for managing Power BI reports, overseeing dataflows, and ensuring proper compliance and documentation in record management.
