Lead Product Owner, Copilot & Power Platform

- I am responsible for delivering value to our customers by creating engaging and empowering customer experiences, utilizing AI-driven insights, AI agents, and Power Platform solutions to elevate automation and decision-making. - I oversee complex or critical products within our portfolio, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals. - I lead the development of product roadmaps and prioritize feature releases with a focus on integrating AI capabilities and low-code/no-code solutions, such as Power Apps and Power Automate. - I collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives to proactively tackle challenges in product development, ensuring successful execution of our product strategy. - I engage with senior cross-functional leaders to advocate for AI adoption while effectively addressing issues and fostering alignment between business and operational teams, UX design, product, engineering, analytics, and customer support. - I organize stakeholder priorities and assist teams in aligning their needs with our resources to maximize customer and business value. - I consult during planning and refining sessions, approving solutions that meet our objectives. - I prioritize the product backlog and oversee the release plans for multiple features, coordinating interdependencies with scrum teams across various business units. - I conduct ongoing analyses of product capability themes to guide product direction. - I drive product innovation, defining deliverables, planning roadmaps, and creating new products that incorporate AI and automation in alignment with our goals. - I interpret and communicate product development insights across departments while keeping the customer at the forefront of all changes. - I identify common client pain points and opportunities, defining appropriate solutions and voicing client perspectives to internal stakeholders.
