Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or equivalent preferred - Product Owner or Product Management certification required - 7+ years of relevant experience in a related role - Preferred experience with Observability and Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Grafana - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in backlog management and prioritization techniques - Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Skilled in human-centered design practices - Comprehensive knowledge of industry products and services - Capable of conducting market trend analysis and forecasting - Solid marketing understanding, including research and consumer behavior - Experienced in product development and lifecycle management - Familiar with developing and executing product strategies - Excellent storytelling abilities for effective communication - Strong vendor management skills to maintain productive partnerships

Responsibilities

- Formulates strategies for customer and internal product development focusing on Full Stack Observability and Unified Central Command, while ensuring an exceptional user experience - Leads the creation of product roadmaps, prioritizes feature releases, and aligns them with overarching business objectives - Works collaboratively with application teams, stakeholders, and operational support groups to identify and address challenges throughout product development - Engages senior cross-functional leaders, fostering effective communication and ensuring alignment between business operations and product teams - Organizes stakeholder priorities to align resources with customer and business value while consulting leadership for strategic decision-making - Manages product backlogs, coordinates processes and release planning for complex or high-profile products, and oversees dependencies across teams - Collaborates with various teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives while analyzing product capability themes - Drives product innovation, defines deliverables, and plans for new product designs to meet team objectives - Interprets and communicates product developments across departments with a customer-focused perspective - Facilitates effective communication between business, engineering, and customer support teams, proactively resolving any issues that arise
