- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field is mandatory.
- Ten years of diverse IT experience is essential.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role, whether direct or indirect, is required.
- Certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.
- Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is also preferred.
- A robust understanding of Operational Technology (OT) is strongly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Portfolio and Agile management is preferred.

Responsibilities
- I manage the daily operations of our team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- I oversee recruitment, development, and retention of talent while ensuring strong performance within the team.
- I plan and lead IT projects of varying complexities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with quality standards.
- I guarantee the availability, reliability, and security of our technology systems.
- I collaborate with key stakeholders to assess needs, deliver effective solutions, and support our business objectives.
- I implement our cybersecurity strategy and drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
- I own the program strategy, establish policies and standards, define risk appetite and compliance objectives, and maintain a multi-year roadmap.
- I monitor security events, coordinate incident responses, and maintain the Incident Response plan, aligning with Business Continuity efforts to ensure swift recovery.
- I design, implement, and manage security controls and tooling, ensuring secure configurations and lifecycle management.
- I conduct enterprise risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and support compliance tracking and audits.
- I partner with IT operations, software engineering, and OT teams to embed security within design processes and maintain service quality through ITSM fundamentals.
- I manage relationships with security vendors and oversee supplier security compliance.
- I prioritize operational expenditures and capital expenditures for security, optimizing resources to meet our strategic and operational goals.
