Requirements
Must:
- Strong grasp of automation platforms (like Agent Builder, n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend frameworks (including .NET, EF Core, Hot Chocolate, GraphQL, Node.js, React, Next.js, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, databases, and data formats (such as JSON, CSV, XML)
- Experience in system design, process documentation, and workflow logic
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A growth-oriented mindset; willing to learn and adapt rapidly
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows utilizing tools such as OpenAI Agent Builder, n8n, and Zapier
- Develop custom integrations and internal tools using frameworks like .NET, React, and Next.js
- Connect various systems including CRMs, Google Workspace, databases, and third-party APIs
- Create organized and standardized SOPs, flowcharts, and documentation for all implemented systems
- Audit and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency, security, and reliability
- Manage structured data pipelines and ensure seamless operation of integrations
- Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities that enhance business operations
