Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of launching successful products in the geospatial and automotive sectors, specifically focusing on map data products.
- Strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and an emphasis on design and user experience.
- Proficient in data analytics, utilizing insights to assess product quality and influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks with a clear rationale, ensuring immediate value delivery to customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas succinctly to diverse audiences.
- Ownership mindset, able to develop and execute strategic plans for product or feature development.
- Inventive and pragmatic, geared towards simplifying solutions that maximize customer value.
- Technical acumen to communicate intricate concepts to non-technical stakeholders, coupled with experience in collaborating with AI/ML and data operations teams.
- Go-to-market experience, including proficiency in pricing and packaging strategies for product launches.
- Bonus: Expertise in HD mapping, including familiarity with ADAS and HD map architectures, use cases, and current methodologies in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the roadmap for lane-level map products, enhancing 3D Lane Guidance, Navigate on Autopilot, and the Autopilot Map for L2+ applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to establish and refine product requirements.
- Provide direction to engineering teams throughout the product design and development process.
- Engage with prominent automotive industry clients to align products with their needs and ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
- Assess market trends and customer demands to identify potential areas for product innovation.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Formulate and manage product pricing and ensure profitability.
- Guarantee compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations for the product.
- Deliver product training and ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly review product performance and implement necessary improvements.
