Requirements
Must:
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships
- Proven experience in troubleshooting software systems, ideally within SaaS or cloud environments
- Exceptional analytical and investigative abilities to effectively diagnose technical issues
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Azure Log Analytics, App Insights, and Azure Monitor (or similar tools)
- Familiarity with service management platforms like Jira Service Management or equivalents
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Angular/JavaScript, C#/.NET, and MSSQL
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Experience in supporting or implementing manufacturing systems
- Preferred: Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and microservices
- Preferred: Prior experience in debugging cloud applications and deploying solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage customer solutions by configuring, implementing, and overseeing their performance on the Manufacturo platform
- Deliver outstanding technical support to clients, promptly addressing and resolving issues in production environments
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues to reduce downtime and operational hiccups
- Collaborate effectively with internal product and development teams to escalate and solve complex challenges, including making necessary code changes
- Utilize tools such as Azure Log Analytics, App Insights, and Azure Monitor to monitor system performance and proactively manage concerns
- Document troubleshooting processes, create knowledge bases, and enhance support workflows for greater efficiency and scalability
- Offer training and best practices to clients, enabling them to maximize their experience with our platform
- Regularly review and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and error reports to identify areas for improvement
