Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
- Proficient with HaloPSA and NinjaRMM for a smooth onboarding process
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 user environments
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 components including Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
- Solid networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, and Firewalls
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications preferred; Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 tickets, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Configure and resolve VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and manage switches
- Utilize NinjaRMM for endpoint monitoring, script deployment, patch policy management, and proactive alert remediation
- Maintain detailed documentation and time entries in HaloPSA while ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Provide mentorship to Junior Technicians, facilitating their growth and ensuring quality documentation
- Participate in server migrations, network overhauls, security audits, and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations
