- Document, analyze, and address customer inquiries; collect necessary information and suggest viable solutions
- Deliver operational and maintenance manuals to both internal and external clients
- Draft procedures for diagnostics, assembly, and disassembly
- Offer technical insights for quotes and proposals
- Explore and recommend solutions for obsolete GE Grid Solutions products; test and industrialize these solutions
- Aid in recognizing and capitalizing on business prospects
- Evaluate and endorse technician site reports
Description
We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer who possesses strong mechanical and electrical expertise to assist our customers, resolve technical challenges, and enhance documentation and product performance. This role entails effective communication in both French and English and demands critical thinking skills to analyze issues and provide technical solutions. Our pay rate starts at $43.32/hr, with Monday to Friday work hours (flexible starting between 7:00-9:00 AM). Occasional travel for training or customer engagements is required, specifically between the U.S. and Canada.
