Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or higher in electrical, electronics, or mechanical technology with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated capability in constructing industrial-grade testing systems
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering diagrams
- Previous experience in assembling and repairing wiring harnesses
- Familiarity with standard electrical engineering laboratory equipment such as digital multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
Responsibilities
- Develop, construct, validate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated testing stations in both laboratory and high-volume production settings
- Create and review testing and process documentation, offering suggestions for enhancements
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability
- Follow blueprints, written, and verbal instructions to fulfill work tasks
- Travel between various work locations may be necessary
