Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- I have more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering roles.
- I am proficient in using piping schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering design.
- I possess experience in troubleshooting test equipment, control systems, and product performance issues within a manufacturing setting.
- I have experience in developing test programs and understand how electrical components interact.
Responsibilities
- I serve as the primary escalation point for testing and programming operations, performing tasks such as conducting Leak Tests, Final Run Tests, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming.
- I communicate effectively with end-of-line test staff to provide prompt support, ensuring that daily production goals are met.
- I support the appropriate operation and upkeep of testing and programming equipment across all assembly and support lines.
- I ensure that testing accessories—like thermocouples, control cables, and power plugs—are readily available for immediate replacement, if needed.
- I troubleshoot failures of heat pumps and test equipment to identify root causes and implement resolutions.
