Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting OEM manuals, technical drawings, and schematics
- Exceptional technical writing and documentation abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing software
- Capable of meeting physical demands in an industrial atmosphere while adhering to safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and manage maintenance documentation within the Maximo CMMS system
- Develop preventive maintenance work orders, job plans, manuals, and technical guides
- Validate maintenance instructions according to OEM manuals and specifications
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure task accuracy and sequencing
- Maintain documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
