Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focusing on Technical Program Management in a hardware/software setting.
- Documented experience in vehicle electrical/electronic (E/E) system design and electrical integration, or managing intricate hardware/software interfaces.
- Competency in project management applications such as JIRA or Smartsheet, along with a background in Configuration Management.
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment towards common objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the Vehicle System Integration and Electrical Architecture timelines, ensuring coherence among hardware specifications, software requirements, and system validation milestones.
- Convert overarching corporate objectives into detailed E/E product roadmaps, technical schedules, and actionable assignments.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, component owners, and fellow program managers to ensure E/E system designs align with component development strategies and validate verification activities.
- Maintain essential electrical system design documents, strategic plans, and asset control measures; enhance communication pathways to guarantee that all team members comprehend their specific obligations.
- Identify potential risks proactively, escalated awareness of delivery challenges, and take necessary actions to address them.
- Work alongside the PMO, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to foster accountability and meet established goals.
