Requirements
Must:

- 8 years of experience in engineering or program management, specifically in crafting product development roadmaps.
- Expertise in utilizing Jira for managing intricate software development backlogs and processes.
- Strong capabilities in developing roadmaps and translating strategic plans into actionable steps.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to excel in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of the software development roadmap, ensuring team priorities and deadlines align across departments.
- Create and sustain dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems to track program advancements, team effectiveness, and overall health for key stakeholders.
- Supervise the issue and bug tracking workflows for the Autonomy & Product Software teams, using Jira for efficient prioritization of resolutions.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing software development methodologies, establishing standards and best practices for optimal efficiency.
- Promote collaboration across functions to facilitate decision-making, resolve dependencies, and remove obstacles for technical teams to sustain progress.
