Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting.
- Extensive knowledge of software, hardware, or automotive development processes.
- Proficient understanding of firmware development and architecture.
- Proven experience managing intricate cross-functional projects with familiarity in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to convert corporate strategy into comprehensive product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure engineering teams are aligned with priorities and provided with essential tools and frameworks for effective project execution.
- Define, manage, and lead regular project processes and meetings to sustain momentum and visibility.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports to convey program status, issues, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks, facilitate strategic decisions, and support quarterly planning to align with organizational goals.
