Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree is advantageous)
- 8–10+ years of experience in product design within regulated environments (FDA experience preferred)
- Extensive background in fluidics, including pumps, valves, manifolds, and flow/pressure sensors
- Proficient in CAD software (NX preferred) and PLM systems (Teamcenter)
- In-depth knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and various manufacturing processes
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design of intricate mechanical and fluidic subsystems from initial concept to production
- Conduct engineering analyses and validation activities
- Create and endorse detailed technical drawings adhering to GD&T best practices
- Manage engineering change procedures and investigate root causes
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and other cross-functional groups
