Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in vehicle maintenance, operations, or similar fields
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally (less than 30% of the time)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily fleet operations at test sites, ensuring vehicles are prepared for scheduled tests and services
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, charging, and system checks on vehicles and supporting equipment
- Help with logistical duties including the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles and spare parts
- Implement mission preparation procedures, which include software deployment, configuration verification, and data capture
- Aid in incident response efforts during vehicle recovery situations and provide technical support to team members
