Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 0-5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.
- Familiarity with motion planning and pathfinding techniques such as A*, RRTs, and PRMs.
- Experience with large-scale codebases, version control systems like Git, and software development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Implement, debug, and test features and enhancements to driving behavior in production code.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers to comprehend design specifications and assure high-quality code delivery.
- Utilize backend tooling to conduct regression tests and validate modifications across various driving scenarios.
- Participate in on-vehicle drive assessments, collecting data and providing actionable insights on driving performance.
- Contribute to the creation of algorithms that improve the robots capability to safely navigate complex environments.
