Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 6 years of substantial experience in ServiceNow development and administration, particularly in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, and Flow Designer.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Desirable: Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and constant improvement, demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of ServiceNow, specifically targeting IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and integrations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gain insights into requirements and design workflows that fulfill business needs.
- Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and sophisticated solutions.
- Collaborate with platform owners and architects to ensure optimal performance of the platform and drive ongoing enhancements.
- Remain updated on new ServiceNow modules and features, applying this knowledge to facilitate company growth and innovation.
