Requirements
Must:
- A degree in engineering with at least 6 years of experience in sensor systems development and testing.
- Familiarity with at least one sensor modality: camera, lidar, or radar.
- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and testing in a laboratory or field setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis using high-level programming languages such as Python, Matlab, or C++.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to verification and validation activities for sensor systems (lidar, camera, radar) for next-generation vehicle platforms and hardware updates.
- Work alongside systems engineers, software engineers, and hardware specialists to establish, standardize, and enhance V&V methodologies for scalable sensor system deployment.
- Design and implement detailed test plans to verify sensor system requirements and validate overall system performance.
- Set up test environments, analyze test data, and present findings through technical reports and executive updates.
- Develop reusable sensor data analysis and test automation software using Python and/or C++ to improve testing processes.
