Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in supporting industrial automation systems within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Significant hands-on expertise with PLCs and control systems (such as Allen-Bradley / Rockwell or comparable platforms)
- Established credentials in automation troubleshooting, commissioning, and production assistance
- Familiarity working directly within manufacturing floors in production-critical atmospheres
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced on-site and remote assistance for industrial automation and control systems in a manufacturing context
- Diagnose intricate PLC, control, and automation system challenges to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability
- Assist in the installation, startup, and commissioning of novel automation equipment and systems
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure automation solutions meet operational requirements
- Instruct operators, technicians, and site personnel on automation systems, optimal practices, and safe operation procedures
