Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Over 7 years of experience in controls and automation
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with adherence to drawing control standards
- Expertise in PLC/HMI with experience in ladder logic and modular code design
- Extensive knowledge of multi-axis servo motion control
- Demonstrated capability in integrating various robotic systems, including SCARA and cobots
- Proficient in designing secure industrial networks and managed switch configurations
- Strong background in SCADA architecture and integration in regulated environments
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL for scripting and database management
- Ability to adapt across different platform environments
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority controls engineering projects with full accountability for the control scope
- Develop comprehensive execution plans and manage project timelines, budgets, and risks
- Create and approve detailed technical documentation including electrical schematics and process diagrams
- Define installation strategies and supervise the panel/field installation to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Engineer safety systems to meet required performance levels and implement complex motion control solutions
- Configure secure local networks in compliance with industry standards while managing remote connectivity
- Deliver maintainable PLC/HMI architectures with fault handling and motion coordination across subsystems
- Architect scalable SCADA solutions considering security, alarm management, and integration with enterprise systems
