Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience with configurations and enhancements of the SAP Quality Module.
- 2–5 years of experience working with ETQ or similar QMS applications integrated with SAP.
- Proven track record of creating new QN types and interfacing SAP QM with non-SAP applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP RICEWFs from end to end.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage various deliverables concurrently.
- Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of quality processes within the ETQ-SAP framework, including NCM/CAPA, Deviation/Waiver, APQP, PPAP, and Containment/Purge processes.
- Configure and improve SAP Quality Module functionalities to meet our organizational requirements.
- Create new QN types and connect SAP QM with non-SAP applications to enhance quality management workflows.
- Develop in-depth expertise in SAP RICEWFs to support system integrations and customizations.
- Collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure smooth interfacing of ETQ/QMS applications with SAP and other quality systems.
