Requirements
Must:
- Associate or bachelors degree in a science or engineering discipline (preferably Med-Tech or Biomedical Engineering).
- 3 to 7 years of pertinent experience in healthcare, laboratory technology, or technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficient technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for phone, email, and documentation purposes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and open to traveling up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and email assistance to internal and external customers, accurately documenting interactions in Customer Relations Software.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to Dimension Systems and clinical lab instruments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through expert technical support and outstanding service.
- Take responsibility for open tickets, escalate issues as needed, and adhere to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop action plans and address customer concerns.
