Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical or Structural) is a plus.
- Over 15 years of pertinent experience in geostructural engineering, showcasing strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or the capability to acquire licensure through reciprocity.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and effective articulation of complex technical concepts.
- Preferred experience in transportation, excavation support, and wall design.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the geostructural business in the Philadelphia region, nurturing new client relationships and enhancing existing accounts.
- Supervise the evaluation of intricate construction documents, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance through calculations, plans, and specifications.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams, harmonizing efforts across various offices and stakeholders to achieve successful project deliveries.
- Formulate and implement quality assurance practices, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Engage in business development initiatives, including proposal drafting, client presentations, and strategic planning.
