Requirements
Must:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2
- Strong understanding of AIAG Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within a production setting
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
- Practical, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives addressing customer quality concerns utilizing 8D, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Convert customer specifications into internal quality standards and ensure their implementation
- Assist with launches through APQP, PPAP, and readiness assessments
- Collaborate with production teams to tackle daily quality challenges and enhance process efficiency
- Maintain and refine PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality-related documentation
