Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial facility maintenance
- Valid CFC Universal Certification (EPA Section 608)
- Technical training from a trade school in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic work order systems
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and control systems
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and oversee repairs to ensure peak performance of building systems
- Handle reactive work orders, liaise with contracted service providers, and manage emergency repairs as necessary
- Keep comprehensive records of work conducted using electronic work order systems like Building Engines
- Support safety compliance, inventory management, and vendor assessments to maintain high operation standards
