Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading Lean transformations and achieving measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with Daily Management Systems, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies (A3, DMAIC)
- Strong skills in influencing various functions and driving change
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional continuous improvement projects
- Implement and maintain Daily Management Systems, including KPIs, tiered meetings, and visual controls
- Enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and productivity
- Collaborate with teams across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Mentor and develop supervisors and frontline leaders
- Manage daily operations and ensure that performance objectives are met
- Assist in the deployment of broader business systems and strategic initiatives
