Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) samples, and preferably auto-staining platforms (e.g., Ventana Benchmark)
- Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSRs) and ISO 13485 or similar regulated environments
- Solid scientific literacy with the capability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Meticulous, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests including IHC, ELISA, and other assays for product development
- Assist R&D initiatives through equipment calibration, upkeep, and routine laboratory maintenance
- Prepare and sustain precise documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Aid in the creation, organization, and updating of Design History Files (DHF)
- Adhere to regulatory standards, including FDA, OSHA, USDA, EPA, ISO, and Quality System regulations
