Requirements
Must:
- Portfolio samples, such as e-Learning demos or printed materials.
- Experience in a technical setting developing educational content for automotive, aerospace, or similar fields.
- Familiarity working with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Understanding of automotive components and systems (preferred), particularly transmissions and engines.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Capability to craft effective instructional texts and audio/video scripts.
- Experience in photography, animation creation, and video production.
- Ability to navigate a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Cornerstone LMS.

Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum for automotive technical training, which includes instructor-led sessions, e-learning, microlearning, and quick reference materials.
- Create training focused on technicians related to repair, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of components like transmissions and engines.
- Collaborate with Commodity Managers or Project Leads to identify training needs and address gaps.
- Construct detailed storyboards and video scripts for training purposes.
- Design captivating course elements featuring graphics, audio, and video content.
- Convert complex technical information into engaging and effective learning experiences.
