Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical documentation and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking, or systems administration.
- Preferred experience in NOC/SOC or equivalent 24x7 support environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support and document live operational workflows within a secure, on-site setting in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Analyze technical processes to identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to optimize workflows.
- Create clear and thorough process documentation and suggest improvements.
- Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and action.
