Responsibilities
In this role as a Client Services Technician, you will deliver onsite support to end users five days a week, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues. You will manage Tier 1 support requests through various channels such as emails, Slack, and Jira/ServiceNow Service Desk tickets. Efficiently tracking, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets within the ticketing system will be part of your duties. Youll also need to coordinate escalations to specialized IT staff as necessary and identify support trends, reporting your findings to enhance service quality.
