Requirements
Must:
- B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in hardware development and testing.
- Background in testing electronic, automotive, aerospace, or vehicle components.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Altium for PCBA and 3DExperience or Catia for modeling.
- Practical experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, environmental chambers, and spectrum analyzers; familiarity with Ubuntu and Python is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and implement testing procedures for component and system-level hardware.
- Collaborate with suppliers, design teams, and system engineers to assess the functional performance of hardware components.
- Conduct testing on early prototypes and qualification assessments for modules intended for use in vehicles.
- Design and create custom test setups such as load simulators, test harnesses, and Python scripts.
- Prepare and present test plans, design reviews, and data evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
