Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three (3) years of field service experience in the food, beverage, bakery, or packaging industries.
- At least five (5) years of experience with electrical and mechanical high-speed bakery or automated process equipment.
- Proficient in Variable Speed Drives, Sensors, Conveyors, PLCs, and related communication software.
- Capable of programming, troubleshooting, and modifying programmable logic control systems.
- Excellent communication skills to engage professionally with engineering teams, sales, and customers.

- Oversee mechanical and electrical installation of bakery and packaging machinery at customer locations.
- Conduct service and maintenance on existing equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Provide basic training to customer staff on maintenance, sanitation, and equipment operation.
- Assess spare parts requirements and liaise with sales teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges via phone and perform on-site visits for equipment assessments, assembly, and testing.
